Frequently Asked Questions

  • Order Confirmation:

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

  • How long will it take to receive my purchase? We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. 
  • How should I wash my printed garments? 

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean

  • WHY AM I RECEIVING MULTIPLE TRACKING NUMBERS
  • If your are receiving multiple tracking numbers do not panic. This is happening because your order is coming from one or more supplier nothing to worry about. 
  • Order Shipment:

  • If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@swervebrand.com

  • Swerve Brand offers international shipping across the world!

    For international orders, it's most likely going to be shipped out with International Economy Shipping without tracking. Because the package has no international tracking available, it doesn't get scanned in each warehouse and location along the way, which makes it more prone to being lost in transit

    The next most affordable carrier is most likely going to be International Economy with tracking. It has tracking available, which means it can be traced and is not likely to get lost during transit. Keep in mind that we don't ship orders to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!

  • How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date

  • Damages:

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, we ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to sales@swervebrand.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

  • What happens when a product is ordered, but it's out of stock?

    If the item has been out of stock for more than two business days, we will notify you by email. If you don't wish to wait for the out of stock item, you can change the order or you can cancel its up to you.

  • What kind of materials do your shirts use?

    To maintain the highest product quality and a speedy print-on-demand process, we rely on several trusted brands to deliver our promise. Our basic tees, supplied by Gildan and American Apparel are made of 100% cotton, true to size and preshrunk. Our premium tees, supplied by Bella + Canvas, are made of a premium poly-cotton blend. And many more brands just to name a few.

  • Are your products eco-friendly?

    Yes...We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.

  • This is the process of our products.

    We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options at an affordable price. The DTG ink in this process is different from the ink screen printers use. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process.

    Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

    All of our garments are also garment washed for softness. Each item is made on demand after your order is placed.
